Practice. Main thing is to play slow. Be defensive & offensive.

My main character is Metaknight too, even before the new tier list. I just want to tell everyone that there is a wiki on the SSB series. It tells you a lot of stuff, including the new tier lists. It also tells you all the glitches in each game and gives detailed stuff about everything in each SSB game. Anyone online, I’m ready. I just wanted to see how big of a message I could write. There is also a SSB series forum. But I haven’t spent much time there so I won’t be able to go into that. Wow, this is a really long post, isn’t it? I can’t think of anything else to write. Don’t you think it’s kinda boring hitting the sandbag around. It doesn’t test any of your skill cause it doesn’t do anything. It would be cooler if it was like training mode, so you can battle an actual character that gets back on to the stage, and you can change the speed and can summon items. This is the moral of this post: hitting the sandbag around for 5-15 minutes is boring.

There are a total of 700 stickers in SSBB and I have 692 stickers, only 8 more. But it’s so hard to get them. Incase you don’t know, have you ever seen those little papers you pickup during battles or the Subspace Emissary? Those are stickers. The stickers I have left to get, I have to get them by picking them up in battles or the SSE (that stands for Subspace Emissary).

There are a total of 544 trophies. I have 510. I have 34 more to go, I have to get the rest by capturing enemies and bosses with a trophy stand in the SSE. Did you know: The harder the difficulty you are playing on in the SSE,the more trophy stands will appear

Sometimes I try spamming Charizard’s Rock Smash move because it does like 1/4 damage or a bit less each hit. And you’re right, Captain Falcon is pretty good at that!

There is a glitch with mario’s water gun on a Bom-omb. Get somebody to pick up a bomb. Use mario’s water gun where the bomb is visably shown. Then throw. Depending on how much force is put into the bomb with the water gun, the bomb will go.

It’s hard winning online when you’re playing with anyone because they like to be annoying. They are annoying because when you rack up somebodys damage, some other person sees how high their damage is, they come after that person and steal your KO!

cpus never learn and they can see attacks right away on the first frame=powershield followed by attacks. maybe you can practice combos a bit or something..

I’m still better with other characters than diddy.

Can you do something to reduce the lag? I mean I can’t think 1 sec ahead all the time, I play with reflexes as well..Can’t combo even a little since I have to predict where you’ll fly. so it’s just a game with guesses which is in my opinion not fun.
Nothing as frustrating as 1 sec command lag.
I like final destination, smashville, battlefield. Normal stages that you can’t go through the main floor, caN grab the main floor at the sides, where the main floor doesn’t move, nothing on the stage should shoot at you.
to make it easy: those 3 stages..^^

Someone should quit bragging, and you 3 stocked me only once. When I played well you had only 1 life left.
You spam just as much as I do, with your snake.
You could try to act more nice, I can change character if you want. And of course it’s hard to beat someone who play 1 character 90% of the time while I have played so many idfferent ones (except last games, but now you complain, hmmm). I need time to get good, and you are almost the only one I can practice against with good connection, and I have a lot to do in my life too..
So try to show some respect instead of bragging, nobody likes it.

Fun, I hate being grabbed by dedede, I can only wait for you failing with the timing^^
Luckily fox and falco can’t get chain grabbed (at least not as easy) and marth seems to be able to escape if I DI away.
But ouch, dedede has the range, speed, recovery, strenght, infinite chain grabs. And those animals you throw at me can ko, and some take like 20-30% lol^^
I guess I have to pick a main again..

It’s just every time I get grabbed I can put down my controller instead. Same goes if you face a good ice climber…If they grab you’re dead^^Though I can’t get the timing right on wi-fi very often.
Anyway just wanted to say I don’t care if you chain grab or not. Just saying it’s an extremely good thing in a match^^

I’ve actually never played vs meta knight really..Except in basic brawl/ non-1vs1’s But he is really amazing..Almost impossible to keep pressure if you send a meta knight flying off the stage. (with most characters)

Aerials don’t have priority. When you’re in the air, whichever move hits first wins. Also, G&W’s turtle is a disjointed hitbox, which means that it isn’t attached to G&W’s body. So the turtle will almost always win because if you hit the turtle, you won’t hit G&W, unlike, say, Mario’s Bair, which is part of Mario’s body. Only grounded moves have priority, and the non-disjointed move with the highest priority is Wario’s bite.
Anyways, you’ll get a lot more matches by talking in the chat. If you see me in the chat, lemme know if you want to play and I’ll play some matches with you.

When I think about it: You can notice how aerials never “break even” against each others, while ground attacks do. Aerials can hit both players but can’t get canceled (as far as I’ve seen)

Olimar is a good counter to ddd because hes big.
Olimars weakness is Falco, wolf and fox.

Trust me Fun, aerial attacks don’t have priority. I’m not saying they have 0 priority, I’m saying that priority isn’t applicable to aerials. Once a move’s hitbox touches the opponent’s hurtbox, that aerial will connect. Ever notice how aerials don’t “clank”?
Olimar is fine against Falco, Wolf, and Fox. In fact, he’s neutral against all 3 of them. His weaknesses are MK, Luigi, Marth, ROB, and Peach. Just learn how to pivot grab and you’ll do fine against a lot of your matchups.
Andy, I’ll fight you if you join the chat. I’m one of the top 3 Ganondorfs in the country skill-wise, and I have the best tournament results in the country for a Ganondorf main. So yeah I’d say I’m a master at Ganondorf. I don’t try that hard on Wifi because the lag makes it impossible to be anywhere close to precise. I don’t think I’ve lost a set against anyone on this site yet though… join the chat and fight me if you think you can be the first

Yeah I beat 007 about 70-75% of the time, but he doesn’t take Wifi seriously, and neither do I. We just play for fun and sandbag (sandbagging means that we don’t try hard).
And yeah, your Olimar better own Ganon users, since the Olimar vs Ganon matchup is tied for the worst matchup in the game (Ganon vs IC, Ganon vs Sheik, and Ganon vs Olimar are all the same: 0:100. Meaning if both players are equal skill, then Ganon should have a 0% chance of winning).

007 and I have only done a few MK vs Ganon matches, and we both won a few. We usually just don’t do the matchup because it’s so stupid on Wifi.
Even though neither of us tries very hard on wifi, both of us know pretty much everything there is to know about Smash. So if you have any questions feel free to ask. [st]Mana and Shiny are very knowledgeable too.

Yeah I had to run an errand or something so I was only able to play one match. I remember the input lag was very bad though (you’re from Germany right?), and Snake is already one of Ganon’s worst matchups (5:95). Try getting around Snake’s Ftilt when it outranges every single move Ganon has – I gotta correctly predict it half a second early because of the lag, and if I mess up the timing even a little bit, then I’m gonna get 17% from the Ftilt. It’s not a fun matchup on wifi
Also, it’s universally accepted that Sudden Death is never played out, so if I cause a sudden death with Ganoncide, I get the win. I usually don’t try to win sudden deaths (I usually try to win with Warlock Punch lol – and the sad part is, I’ve landed a few Sudden Death warlock punches).
Anyways, I appreciate the compliment Fun. If you ever go to a tournament in Germany, look for a guy named stRIP. He’s a friend of mine that mains Ganondorf (tell him DLA sent you

Fun you barely have ever beaten me in a brawl. Maybe once have u beaten my mk. I dont really like using MK so much anymore, unless we have a very smooth connection. MK is a lot about spacing and lag just kills it, so why take it serious. DLA is a great player and i wont want to go any top tier against him often since its just gay for ganondorf to fight that. So i will use anyone else and try and have some fun as long as we have a decent connection. Fun if we ever have a smooth connection again and want me to take it serious for once i wifi i will and play as gay as possible =]

I have also many problems with lag, because I cant use my mains in lag. I use Snake online, because he has many powerful attacks, and not many combos like mk or IC. its only against Andy I play serious.

Though I can get 3 stocked by the same person I myself 3 stock in the battle right after. So it’s not that big really. Maybe if everyone played seriously every, every battle, and without lag.
But I think most people let go of the serious gameplay sometimes, especially on wi-fi.

We can try to brawl today maybe, but if it lags as much as last time I can’t play. It’s impossible to react to anything. And it’s not ME who lags. I play with other people with no lag at all. It doesn’t even need to be you, you know. It can be the distance.

I can imagine that fun^^ I can’t ever play in lag though. Especially not on a map where it’s instant death if you fall into the water lol xD
or where you slide around and can’t control the character WITH 1 sec command lag, it’s just a nightmare.

You have improved your “spamming” KELL, but atleast you confront your opponent. The people I just started playing spamm, AND usually don’t confront their opponent unless you attack first (probably for guaranteed counter hits).
